The L-Bomb (Acoustic)

So here we are again
What would I do without my friends?
So busy ticking boxes,
I forgot what true love is
Unconditional, freely given
I know I don't say it enough
But I'm not very good with this stuff
I'm afraid that the more that I repeat it
The word just loses its meaning
I hope you know and you feel it
That you're the reason I'm breathing
And I'm not really scared anymore
So here we are again
Let's crash this party
And pretend that we belong here
The dancing's out of hand
I think we've had a bit too much
If we're lucky they'll join in
Otherwise we don't need them
Because I know that we'll do this again
And I hope that the more that we repeat it
The more I'll start to believe it
I hope you know and you feel it
That you're the reason I'm breathing
And I'm not really scared anymore
So here we are again
What would I do without my friends?

Pug (Acoustic)
03:30
|

It's very very cold and it stings
Like a porcupine is giving me a hug
I would welcome the affection
Because I'm lonely and I gave away my pug
Okay, it was less of a giveaway
And more of an abduction
I'm not upset, okay I'm upset
And I don't know how to function anymore
It's very very late and I'm exhausted
Because I just beat a man to death
The silver lining is: he deserved it
And the pug is doing well
Okay, I think the pug tried to run away
It wasn't an abduction
And there's a chance
The man was employed by the RSPCA
It was an honest mistake
And I would never risk my baby's life
So if a man has to die in the process
Then that's a price I'm willing to pay
So ladies and gents, I plead self-defence
Your honour I urge you to please reconsider
How could you resist that cute little face?

Orlando (Acoustic)
05:05
|
|||
You don't have to pretend that
You were falling asleep on my shoulder
And I don't see any other
For you are the beauty and I the beholder
So don't get me wrong
It's nice to be somebody to lean on
But it's not enough
I need your touch
I'm not asking for much
You're such a tease
You can't be pleased
I'm begging on my knees
Orlando, nobody could love you
As I do
Orlando, come closer
I promise not to hurt you
A drop of you and my skin collide
You graced my lips with the taste of the ocean
This thirst can no longer be denied
I wish I could settle for silent devotion
But I've waited so long
You didn't have to string me along
But it's not enough
I need your touch
I'm not asking for much
You're such a tease
You can't be pleased
I'm begging on my knees
Orlando, I'm sorry that this is what it's come to
Orlando, forgive me
I never meant to hurt you
And I'd do anything to make you see
That I could be the man to sweep you off your feet
And yours could be the perfume that I breathe
For now it's just a distant breeze

I'll bet on a horse
More specifically the one I didn't poison
I've been learning morse
So I can talk to you
When I end up in prison
You know I'm a pretty well rounded individual
I'm spherical like those cows in physics
To make the math seem simple
An approximation of the man I want to be
Under ideal conditions
Neglecting the effects
Of gravity and friction
Now I see the contradiction
You can flip a coin, but we both know
That I'll do what I want anyway
Was that Schrödinger's position
Or my stubborn disposition?
I see hopes and dreams in caskets
So I'll keep my eggs in baskets
I'll bet on a horse
Only this time I'll inject my steed with steroids
I've been learning pointless skills
So I can feel like I'm special
And I feel pretty special
I think that I deserve a medal
